Broadstone Facility Request Form
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE RESERVATION REQUEST FORM BELOW
The following form pertains to requesting reservation of the following Broadstone facilities:
- Challenge Course Programs (All Times)
- The Lodge & Kitchen (All Times)
- Cabin(s) for Overnight Accommodations (All Times)
- The Lower Field & Campfire (All Times)
Broadstone Facility Request Forms may be completed at any time, but organizations and/or individuals completing them will not be notified of approval until 2 weeks before the requested date.
In some cases, a letter from a groups faculty adviser will be requested prior to reservation approval.
If the requested facility(s) will be used by a group for fundraising purposes, they must first complete and submit a Solicitation Registration Form to the Department of Student Engagement and Leadership. A copy of the approved Solicitation Registration Form must be submitted to University Recreation prior to approval of a reservation request for fundraising purposes. University Recreation reserves the right to charge groups a small percentage of all funds raised at a fundraising event held at Broadstone.
Once approved, a reservation is permanent. If a reservation must be cancelled under any circumstance, please notify University Recreation, Eddie Simmons at 828.262.2100 in advance. A fee may be associated with an advanced cancellation. A fee will be associated with a last-minute cancellation or under the circumstance that a group fails to use their Broadstone reservation.
